W. Chris Lochner for Allegheny County

No Politics. Just Good Governance.

Public Safety & First Responder Needs

With more than four decades of experience working with first responders, Chris has witnessed, firsthand, the challenges our police, fire fighters, EMS, and 9-1-1 dispatchers face every day.

As a county council member, Chris will fight to:

  • Ensure our officers have the funding and resources they need to serve our families and seniors and keep them safe.
  • Recruit and retain qualified public safety personnel (Volunteer Firefighters, EMS Personnel and Police Officers).
  • Secure full funding for our EMS services throughout the county.
  • Lead efforts to streamline our public protection network to ensure resources are dedicated where they are needed most.

Chris spearheaded efforts to create a regional 9-1-1 Center (NEWCOM) and worked with the Hampton’s volunteer fire departments on a consolidation plan that protected our families and firefighters. He also helped create Shaler Hampton EMS and served on its board.

If elected, Chris will lead the fight to secure the resources our first responders need to protect our families and seniors.
